RankRaiser Guidelines For Guest Posts

We’re interested in any topic that will be useful to our readers: creating, optimizing and marketing a website; search engines; social media marketing; e-mail marketing; design; WordPress etc.

The MOST important requirement for your article is that it is highly useful to our readers. Which means we will not publish content solely for linking purposes. Our readers don’t like this, we don’t like this, and the search engines don’t like this.

Please make sure your article meets the following guidelines:

1. Send only ORIGINAL articles that have not been published anywhere on the web.

2. You need to be the copyright holder of any article you submit or have the right to submit it. We check every article for plagiarism.

3. Your article has to be about one specific topic (keyword phrase) and have a minimum of 700 words. No general info articles. For example, instructional articles and articles that provide a solution to a problem work well.

4. Your article needs to be written in proper English and well-edited.

5. We will provide an image if needed.

6. Break up your article with sub-headers.

7. No general or generic fluff articles; your article has to be useful to our readers. No sales pitch.

8. You will receive one (1) link to your site in the second half of your article. This link must be natural and lead to useful content.

Feel free to also link to other sites for statistics (i.e. Pew), recommendations (w3schools.com) or any news site if applicable. If you add any data or statistics you must provide the source.

9. Add a short profile and one (1) link to your website at the bottom of your article. The website your link leads to needs to have a Privacy Policy and Terms Of Use.

10. If your article garners interest in terms of views, shares and organic traffic etc., it will stay up indefinitely. However, on the rare occasion where an article has no views at all, we may delete it anytime after 1 (one) year. In some cases we may delete or modify any article at our discretion: for example, if the pages it links to change substantially, SEO spam etc.
